Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the Ragusa Blond into small squares to make Ragusa chocolate chips. Place these in the freezer (to avoid the Ragusa melting too fast when cooking the muffins).
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the mixture and add the eggs, melted butter and milk.
Remove the Ragusa chips from the freezer and mix them with a tablespoon of flour (so that they stay on the surface of the muffins during baking). Add to the batter and mix thoroughly. Fill the pre-greased muffin tray
