Two years later the elder son Daniel Bloch joins the company. Like his father, he had studied jurisprudence but had always seen his future in the family business. After a stay in the USA he becomes active for the company. He sees to the introduction of a quality control system, gives his attention to the American market and analyses the firm's business procedures. After a stay in Paris and graduation as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), Daniel Bloch takes over operational leadership in 1997.
